REFUND POLICY

Tuitions, deposits, and payments for Emergence Breath Events become transferable but are not refundable upon 7 days prior notice to the start of a 3-day event, or 10 days prior notice to the start of a 6-day or longer event. If you give notice of your non-attendance with less than

the 10 days or 7 days described above, no refund will be issued.

• With proper notification described above, you can transfer the funds to a future EB event of the same type (e.g., 6-day for 6-day)
• Note: Event must be led by Jamar
• Note: Transfer is valid for 12 months (time extensions permitted if no other applicable events are offered within 12 months)
• Note: Funds are not transferable to another person or participant.
• Upgrades: May be transferred to an “upgraded event” (e.g., from 3-day Embrace Your SuperPowers to 6-day Radical Sabbatical Personal Retreat)

Non-Tuition Payments such as food, accommodations, and travel expenses are made to third parties and thus refunds/credits are dependent upon policy of the venue, hotel, airline, rental car company, etc.
