4 Wings Of Emergence Breath

W: Where am I breathing? Breathe with diaphragm, in your belly.

I: Inhale. Up to twice as long as the exhale. 4 to 2 ratio.

N: No Pause. Before or after the inhale or exhale.

G: Got to Relax. Let go and relax the diaphragm on the exhale.

S: Surrender. Release your attachment to the unfolding. It is always the perfect session.
