Jamar is the visionary behind Emergence Breath School, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and the creator of the Emergence Breath Method. With over 38 years of experience in the fields of Self-discovery and Self-help, Jamar has dedicated his life to mastering and sharing the transformative power of breathwork.

Drawing from a rich background in spiritual and holistic practices, Jamar is a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy practitioner, Certified Rebirther, Pranic Healer, Meditation teacher, Life-Support facilitator, and Enlightenment Master. His deep knowledge and wide range of certifications have shaped him into a true teacher's teacher, with breathwork at the core of his offerings.

Having taught over 10,000 breathwork and yoga classes and facilitated more than 4,000 workshops, events, and retreats, Jamar’s impact is vast. His unique ability to guide others into healing through the conscious, connected breath is nothing short of life-changing.
